How much is delivery?

UK deliveries are priced as follows:

Orders under £30:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 3.99

Orders over £30:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Free
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £1.99

When will I receive my order?

Our workdays are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All in-stock orders received by our warehouse before 3pm on a workday will be despatched that day. All orders placed after this time will be despatched on the next workday. Shipping services apply from the time of despatch. So typically, Tracked 48 will arrive within 2 working days of despatch, Tracked 24 will arrive within 1 working day of despatch and 1PM Special delivery will arrive by 1PM on the day after despatch. Please note, the delivery aims for these shipping services are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

For example: If you place an order on Saturday with a Tracked 24 service, the order would be picked and packed the following Monday (unless it is a bank holiday) and despatched that evening. If it was sent with the Tracked 48 service, you would normally expect to receive the goods within 2 working days (on Wednesday).

Please note, the timings of the 1pm special delivery service are based on time of despatch.  This is not a “same-day-as-order” delivery service.

Stock levels & dispatches

Items quoted as "In Stock" will typically be dispatched within one working day of purchase. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible and generally try to pick, pack and dispatch any order received before 3pm on a weekday on the same day the order was received.

Items quoted as "Temporarily out of stock" are either regular stock items that are temporarily out of stock, or higher value items that are only purchased to-order. In general, most parts ordered that are not held in stock tend to be available within one to three weeks. In very rare cases, this may be up to a maximum of 4 weeks.

All UK delivery is provided by the Royal Mail. In our experience, Royal Mail have one of the best track records in successfully handling delivery to residential addresses. In the majority of cases, delivery is made within two working days of the day of dispatch. The majority of products sold through this website are packaged to allow for letterbox delivery.
