Stock levels & dispatches

Items quoted as "In Stock" will typically be dispatched within one working day of purchase. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible and generally try to pick, pack and dispatch any order received before 3pm on a weekday on the same day the order was received.

Items quoted as "Available to Order" are either regular stock items that are temporarily out of stock, or higher value items that are only purchased to-order. In general, most parts ordered that are not held in stock tend to be available within one to two weeks. In very rare cases, this may be up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
